Owing our roots to the historic city of Hội An Vietnam, we strive daily to bring the city’s vibrant flavor and eclectic style into everything we do.  Known for its excellent food, Hội An’s cuisine is a legacy of many diverse culinary influences – Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, French and Chinese, to name a few – which have intersected the ancient city during its century’s old reputation as a key trading port.

Today, at Pho Zen we combine traditional Hội An recipes with a passion for healthy choices, locally grown produce, fresh meats and seafood; along with a commitment to style and presentation. Our menu is filled with a selection of classic dishes – fresh salad rolls, imperial crispy rice, beef noodle salad and of course, Phở.  And our dining room is adorned with images of the fabled yellow buildings and colorful lanterns that make Hội An one of the most picturesque cities in Vietnam.
